New Construction Build in Progress - Framing to Exterior Siding

This is what we love. Starting at the dirt stage and riding it all the way through to a finished home. No handoffs, no gaps in communication - just one crew that owns the whole process from the ground up.

Framing is complete and the windows and doors are set. The house wrap is on and doing its job, protecting the structure while we get ready for the next big step. You can see the vinyl soffit and vertical siding materials already staged on site - next up is the exterior siding installation.

A lot of builders piece together a project using multiple subs and crews. What that usually means for the homeowner is confusion, delays, and a lot of finger-pointing when something goes sideways. We keep it tight. Same crew, same standards, start to finish.

The exterior stage of a new build is where things really start to come together visually. The bones are there. The openings are framed. Once the siding goes on, the house starts to look like a home - and that's a moment we never get tired of.
